Payment

 

Once you have contacted us to check the availability and rates for your stay you will be required to complete the booking form which will be forward to you. 

 

The booking form should be returned with a £200, per week, non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.   Payment can be made by cheque, BACS transfer or PayPal.

 

  • Cheques should be made payable to Brekka Lodge.

 

  • If you wish to pay by BACS plus let us know and we will forward our bank details. 

 

  • The "Pay Now" button below should be used to make a payment using PayPal. 

 

If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before the commencement of your stay, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

 

Your booking must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay.   An invoice will be sent as a reminder when this payment is due.

 

A copy of all other terms and conditions will be sent to you with the booking form after you have contacted us to confirm availability for the dates you have in mind.

 

 

PayPal Payment:

 (From 1st November 2011, 4% should be added to all payments made by PayPal to cover the administration surcharge   i.e. to pay a deposit of £200 requires a payment of £208)
