Those with young children have a highchair, travel cot, stairgate and toy box provided free of charge. The property is sited away from the road to ensure safety and there is a large lawn for picnicing, playing football, kite flying or sun batheing should the weather permit.
Visitors boast about the nature on the doorstep, with the beach, coastline and loch being firm favourites. Watch gannets diving for fish from the lounge window! You may even be lucky enough to spot the local shy otter.

The adjacent village of Cunningsburgh has a shop, community hall, pier, marina, church and two knitwear shops. Travel a little further and in less than 15 minutes you can be in Lerwick or exploring the Scalloway Castle or on a ferry to the island of Mousa (home to the finest surviving example of a 2,000 year old Iron Age broch) or on the finest example of a shell sand tombolo in Europe, St Ninians Isle.
