On Business

Brekka Lodge can ease the strain of being away from home. Rather than staying in a Shetland hotel or Shetland guest house, you can have the freedom of our comfortable, modern, wooden self catering lodge.  Benefits of using Brekka Lodge on a business trip include:

A Central Location – Shetland is relatively small, with good road networks and inter-island ferries.  Given that you will probably hire a car to travel from the airport, and to see clients, our out of town location should not be a problem.  Brekka Lodge is only 9 miles from Lerwick, a ten minute drive, and is centrally located making it well-placed for your meetings and site visits as well as for enjoying the leisure and tourist facilities in your spare time.

Parking – There is free parking immediately outside the property for added security, something that is not always possible when staying in a hotel or guesthouse.  Garage facilities are available on request.

Flexibility - Although you can come and go as you please in most hotels, there is nothing quite like the freedom of having your own place.  Brekka Lodge gives flexibility to eat, sleep, shower and rest at the your convenience.

Bed and Breakfast  - A continental breakfast pack containing crossaints, cereal, milk, fruit, butter, jam and orange juice can be made available for your convenience.

Brekka Lodge could be the answer to your reduced travel budgets offering superb business accommodation costing between £65 and £80 per night, dependant on the season, for two bedrooms plus kitchen, lounge, bathroom and laundry facilities.  Bed and Breakfast is offered from £77 -£90 per night, for up to 4 adults.   Free wifi is available, and printing facilities and stationery are available on request.

The tranqil location will ensure, whether you are on holiday or business, that you have a peaceful, relaxing break.  Enjoy watching the visitors to Lerwick Harbour pass in Breiwick Bay or survey the rabbits and other wildlife going about their daily antics in the garden.  You may even see a pod of killer whales swim past!
